Up-Cycled Pond-Side Micro-Shelter
Howdy folks!
Over the course of a few days (and long nights spent drawing and dreaming) we scrubbed, sanded, and painted our hearts out to up-cycle a building from an off-island shelter project! We were given free rein over the mural with frogs, whimsical beasts, and an incorporation of natural elements as the only requests. It is now being used as a pond side Nature ‘Church’ by one of our beloved community members, and the off-island non-profit was able earn back some money!

We're so thrilled to be acting on our ethos, repurposing something that had been forgotten into something beautiful and safe. Now that we have the space, time, and equipment, we want to do it again, so if anybody has a mural or a nature-church-to-be, please reach out!
